resource of the week: wikivoyage
As we help patrons plan their summer travels (or do a little planning ourselves), a great free resource worth mentioning is Wikivoyage. This site offers iteneraries, phrasebooks, scrollable and zoomable maps, user reviews, and more! There's even an option to copy guides and assemble custom books using "Book Creator". This site is particularly useful for international travelers, as it gives an overview of anything from currency info to holidays and customs, and anything in between.

The site pulls content from resources like the CDC, Medline Plus, and NIH. Topics range from the basics of defining mental health to specifics on care and treatment of anxiety disorders, stories of hope and recovery, and resources for getting help.
